super glide hitch

I had some play in my hitch this season when we went to get our ner Monty, superglide 4400, emailed pullrite with my concerns and received an e mail the next day with very details of the photos they would like me to send them, I did this and they deemed the plastic slides to be a bit worn, sent me new ones free of charge!! Went camping that weekend and time to hitch up on Sunday the pin that sets off the locking action when tripped breaks off. Mon, called Pullrite once again sending photos also of the broken piece. Service advisor said I might of had the kingpin to high when trying to hitch, said he would send us the entire top end assembly "NO CHARGE" keep in mind this is a 5 year old hitch. My point, this is an amazing company, with amazing people working for them, offering customer service unheard of these days. Thanks to Lionel @ pullrite. Need a hitch for a shot bed truck...this is your company and your hitch. Sorry so long.
