N/B I-5 between Red Bluff and Cottonwood

Yesterday (Thur. 8/9) about 10:45 am, I think we passed Dennis and Mary Kay who were N/B on I-5 going through a construction zone about 5 miles south of Cottonwood, CA. We were just going to Redding and didn't have the Monte in tow. Blinked my tail lights 2-3 times after I pulled back in the slow lane.....

That could have been us. The time frame sounds about right. Just north of Red Bluff I blinked at a rig that was south bound but got no response. We're easily discernible due to carrying my handicap cart on the front of the rig. We made it to 7Feathers about 5pm and are really enjoying the cooler weather! Nothing against the Corning area but it was HOT so we are happy to be a bit further north. Dennis

Dennis: That was how we knew for sure it was you. We were going the same direction as you and didn't have the 5th wheel. Glad you had a safe trip, wish we were up there also Corning is 106 today!
