Dometic Vacuum Bags

I needed Vacuum bags for our Dometic vacuum and was informed by Dometic that INTERVAC 888-499-1925 now supplies the vacuum bags. Intervac part number is Y08-5 and they say STAG PARKWAY is their supplier and that item number is 72-8156. Camping World does not carry them but other RV dealers may.
I ordered ours direct from Intervac.

What a guy! You'll be back running things around the rig in no time, John. I'm sure that Ann appreciates you vacuuming between MOC psoting!

For those wintering in the Orlando area, you can get them at the RV Connection on 192 just east of US 27

I called yesterday and the new part no. for vacuums with the sitch on the front of the vacuum is Y08. They said it is the new heppa-filter. The reason they do not sale a C W, is C W wanted them to spend $40,000 in advertising.

After spending money trying to find a brand that worked, we called the number John provided. They told us they now have one size that fits all their units. We last week received the new bags but have not yet tried one on for size. On the vac, that is.

At least in Canada, (not sure about the U.S.) Home Depot and some hardware chains carry the bags. We ordered from Intervac. Dometic never did make them, they just put their logo on the Intervac unit, which I believe is actually made in Germany.
