Selling the House

Folks, I know this question will get a lot of different responses but I know I'm asking the experts...

Glenda and I will retire within the next couple of years and have considered fulltiming. One of the biggest fears we have results from stories where people have sold their homes only to not be able to afford to buy back into the market when fulltiming comes to an end.

Can you folks please share some of your experiences on this and any advice you can give on this topic.

Thanks.....
