Should We take the leap?

Hello All... We have been camping in one form or another forever. Coming up on 32 years married, and our first purchase was a tent trailer, travelled from Utah to RI in that. Anyway, last 7 years we have been using a slide-on truck camper, love it, but want more room and a better bathroom.

Looking at a 2000 2850RK at the local dealer. Read with interest the chassis and bedroom slide issues. I intend to get the S/N tomorrow and check it out. The Bed slide has the crack, so guess it has not been retrofitted yet.

Have a 95 Ford F-250 HD with air shocks, anyone see any issues? (5.8 litre, 410 rear towing pkg installed)...

Any other issues with units we should be conecerned about?

This one is the best we have seen in our price range. So hope all goes well.

Thanks! Looks like I found the right spot.
