Slide out

I have a 1999, 28ft fiver, with two slides (one bedroom and one table and coach ). Does anyone know what the living room slide is supported with (rollers ?) Or does in just slide on the carpet? One side of that slide rests very heavy on the carpet, it is making black marks on the carpet. If there are roller how do I adjust them? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You
Larry

On our 2002, slide came in over a hard white plastic like strip running the length of the slide mounted on the floor just ahead of where the carpet started. Slide adjustments accomplished at the outside slide under frame. Over the years, those adjustments have not changed much for hydraulic operated slides and instructions can be found on the lippert web site.
