Cooking in your Monty

Some people on the MOC know that I am a chef, most do not. I wanted to invite everyone if you have any questions about cooking in your Monty, reciepes, techniques, equipment just ask. I will check back as often as I can (daily).

Are you coming to the Goshen Rally? It would be fun if you could and do a session

I'll take all the lessons I can get. If I had to cook for myself I'd starve to death.

Wow, this is something for all of us to exercise! It would be a good idea that JPKelpe stated. Are you planning on coming to the Fall Rally in Goshen in September. If you are we maybe talking to you!

Thank you all for asking and I would love to, unfortunately work will keep me grounded. I am a corporate chef and I am at their beckoning call, however it does have it's advantages. I live in NE Ohio and I get to transfer to Florida from October through March. I know that the rally is coming upon us quickly and it would be fun but have to gracefully decline. However things can change.

I will post photos of my creations weekly on the Montana Owners group on facebook, if you are interested in the recipe or technique used start a new thread here and I will answer all your questions. I'm not very tech savvy and it is easier for me to post photos there so you can see the final product. Everything you see there can be done in your Monty easily.

It's basically just a place to chat. All tech issues are referred to this sight, easier to post photos on facebook. New recipe to post on facebook Sunday or Monday

I'm another who never joined facebook, and never will. Not fond of supporting the guy who founded it.
