3750FL Has Arrived

Arrived late yesterday and got a look at it today. Everything looks good except for 5 small items. Dealership should correct them by delivery next Tuesday. Hopefully the snow stays away Wed and Thu for two good camping days to shake out any other problems for the dealer to take care of during their slow time. Appreciate any experiences you have had relating to the delivery of your unit.

Congrats on a great choice. Now you can update your signature as well.

Congratulations!! We are awaiting the arrival of the same floorplan. There are some PDI lists on the main page that have good ideas on what to check for when inspecting the new unit. Enjoy!

Make sure that the recalls have been completed! Have them replace the Goodyear Marathon Tires with Goodyear G614 or G949 tires and then you should be good to go! IMHO of course.

Bingo and Joe:
Couldn't make it to the factory so I asked my salesman to check into the entertainment center retrofit question. He said the wall needs to have the proper reinforcement for the rather large opening required and said they could not do it.
I thought I did change my sig. Darn computers, check it out now.

The order was submitted with the G614 tires but Keystone would not do them without the Big Sky Package. I just did not want the full body paint for my own reasons. I will put pressure pros on the tires I have and at the first sign of problems they will be replaced. Thanks for your response.

The first sign of a problem will be when one goes BOOM. Frequently the cause of failure is tread seperation with no loss of pressure.

Congrats on the purchase. I looked long and hard and for the buck I think Montana is the best buy with good quality. We are new to RVing this year. I bought a 2012 Montana 3665RE Big Sky and we love it.

Good luck!!

The fifth wheel I am trading was the first fifth wheel I owned. I traded a class A motorhome and didn't really know what I should look at in fifth wheels. We took many trips during the year and kept a list of all the things we liked and a list of all the things we wished we had. Went to the Hershey, Pa show for 4 days and came to the same conclusion as you.

Camped for two nights in it with DW and my granddaughter. I had to check to make sure DW was still in the trailer as I had not seen or heard her for a long while. She was in the rear bedroom with the door closed reading. My granddaughter informed me that the living room with the sofa airbeds was her room and I would have to ask if I wanted to come in. She is 5 years old.
All systems checked out with the most serious problem being a bowed front entry door causing very hard closing and latching. Got the ball rolling to have the door replaced.
