Samsung surround sound

I have a Samsung surround sound system in my 2011 3400RL. One speaker does not work, but it checks out when you do the tone test. Looking for suggestions on how to proceed.

We fixed it! Samsung was very helpful even though it took forever. It turned out the Dolby button had to be selected on the Blue Ray Player.
