Ceiling Fan Blades

I have a 3665RE fifth wheel. The slide out just barely clears the fan blades.Well, this time it actually hit one of the blades and broke it. Where can I get this special blade?
Help me please

I had to replace one myself a few years back. They are hard to find that short. Lowes was where I finally found a set. Had to replace em all because no match for original. If you push up a bit on the pot metal blade bases and make them all pretty even, you can get a bit more clearance.
