Tank Tech RX

We decided to try this. Odor is gone really gone. Sensors working again slowly. They recommend have tank power clean when you can. You only use two cap. They have many good reviews and videos.

Good website with good background info. I witnessed struvites in my galley grey tank when I had it out to repair it. I almost never use anything in my grey tanks. I have also seen struvites flush out of the black tank when I am rinsing and it is easy to hear them as they rattle down the sewer hose. I use bio-active as my black tank chemical since it works well for me. This sounds like a good product and much needed for tanks that haven't had really good care. John

Thanks for the info/endorsement!
Happy Camper has worked well for me. It lasts a week in the Black Tank without odor and the "top" sensor seldom lights, and sometimes after flushing only 2 of the 4 lights come on.

But I will try TankTechs RV in my Grey and Galley tanks to start with as without a flusher they almost always show full, even after being drained or even after emptied before storage for a while! Other readily available tank cleaner products have proved ineffective.

I recently tried "Pure Power Blue" by Valterra based on "endorsements" I've seen, but it FAILED to clean any sensors and the toilet would stink after only 3-4 days!
Couldn't go back to Happy Camper fast enough for DW!
So much for that advice!

Hopefully your advice is creditable!

We live about 9 months/year in our Montana so this is an issue for me.

Safe Travels!

Go to the Web site watch videos. I'm a believer. They do recommend getting take power cleaned.
