Keystone DOES stand behind their product

There have been any number of posts on this forum about warranty issues, quality control, bad feelings with dealers, etc.

Well, like Fla Native, we are here to tell you that Keystone really does care and they will stand behind their product.

This post is NOT about what they fixed, or what our problems were, it is about their ATTITUDE.

You have to be in Goshen to really get the feel for the company. Meet the people who work there, go through the plant tour, see how they put Montana together. See the WHOLE picture.

This is a big operation. A lot of people make their living designing and building our Montanas. In talking with them, we feel they really do care. (They asked us several times, how do the Montana Owners Club feel about us?)

We did not get to see the plant when it was in full operation, it is too noisy and dangerous to take customers through during production. BUT, we did meet a fellow who somehow managed to get in there one morning. His new 3295 was being produced that day, and he wanted to SEE it being built. Well, not sure he got that far, but he did tell us that he had never seen people work so hard as those people building our Montanas!!

Now, if you were to get to the point that Keystone takes your unit back to Goshen for repairs, let me tell you, they mean business! They go over that unit with a fine tooth comb while they have it. Customer service and the repairs they do COST Keystone. This department is "overhead" to Keystone in the truest sense of the word. But let me tell you they want to make you happy! They also are very aware of the troubles and bad blood that sometimes happen between dealers and customers. They work very hard in this department too, actually RUNNING for parts. They have a crew that is talented, dedicated and smart! They work on a problem until they find the solution. They are not afraid to "think out of the box." They are craftsmen. They listen to the customer, the complaints, and also the customer's suggestions.

We hope that NONE of you ever ever ever has to have your unit go back to Goshen for repairs. We hope you have perfect coaches, and that you have the greatest dealer in the world. But, if your Montana ends up back in Goshen, we feel you can rest assured, you will be happy when it comes back! It will even come back with clean carpet!! It is not necessary that they clean it, they do it just to impress you as to how much they care!

Happy Camping

Very well stated, Al and Carol! We were told most of the production folks are Amish, which pretty well means excellent work ethic.

By the way, we arrived at Campus RV Park yesterday.
