Apparently everything else in the trailer. Mine has the same arrangement. One to the hydraulic pump only. The wire from the other disappears behind the wall. But since it is the only other wire from the battery to the trailer I assume it goes to the converter and 12 volt fuse panel.

Could one be the landing gear and the other the hydraulics?

It's easy unhook one at the time to see what they do.

If your unit is wired the same as mine and I suspect they are all wired the same, one goes to the hydraulic motor (large wire) and the control panel to operate the slides (small wire) the other one (large wire) that disappears under the wall goes to first the cut off switch in the convenience center then on to the converter, this is the supply line to and from the converter.
