Did you check manual vs automatic?

If it hasn't been used in a long time you might give the fan a push. Also, if it's wet it won't open and run.

Ours had not been used for a long time and when our a/c died we decided it's time to remove the cusion and use it. The vent cover was stuck to the gasket and wouldn't open, hence the fan wouldn't run. An RV tech said to open the vent cover and clean the gasket and edge of the cover with alchohol, then apply a little silicon to the gasket. They become sticky after a period of non-use.

Ditto comments about cover opening and in manual instead of auto. Plus there is a glass fuse in the ceiling right next to the blades...push up, turn left. John

When I first got my rig in 2006, the fantastic fan's automatic vent cover would stick. If the cover does not open, the fan can't start because it has a sensor that detects the vent cover is open to allow air flow before the fan spins. With DW's help I went on the roof and jimmied the cover and cleaned the rubber gasket while she operated the switch turning it on or off. No problems since.
