Cap lights on 3160 legacy package

We have 2015 3160rl with legacy package purchased August 2015. One half of cap LED lights has dimmed. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

Maybe a poor (loose) connection where the wire plugs into that particular light? I think if it was on the other end of the wire, that it would effect both lights.

If the voltage feeding the dim light measures the same as the bright light then I would think it's the light it's self.

Hopefully someone else has experienced the problem and can provide more information.

REPLACE THEM,do not try to fix they are going down for the count (I just did mine)Here ya go...http://www.ebay.com/itm/281191302117...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I have replaced them twice it is a walk in the park to replace and CHEAP and WAY BRIGHTER!! ,the old one's go dim then fail all together because they get moisture under the LED strip and start rusting and short out anyway just peal off the old one's prep the area by taking all the old silicone off and tape residue clean with Alcohol and then wire up the new and recaulk and stick them on ..EASY you will be real happy on how nice and bright these are, too bad I could not find them in white but oh well I like the blue BLING....ALSO my under awning lights did the same thing and I replaced them as well with blue one's

Just replaced my front cap lights this afternoon. Worst part of it was cleaning the old adhesive residue. I soldered the new set in, used a hot-melt glue gun to encapsulate the ends and capture the small bit of wire where it enters the cap. I will go back tomorrow and put a thin bead of clear rtv on the sides to seal water out. I like to wash my rig pretty often, so I hope to extend thier life by doing that. It was easy, both brows took me 1 1/2 hours with cleaning. if i didn't have to do any cleaning, it would have been 30 minutes.
