City water connection/camping world
Update on my post on,"city water connection". Actually third post. Took brand new camper back to Camping World Memorial Day Monday for a water hookup problem. Have not heard a word! Stopped in one day but that probably pushed us to the end of the line. Actually rented a beach house for the Fourth of July and cancelled camping spot. Can't wait until a week before to look for a place over the fourth. They have us over a barrel, now don't they? Wait until we get our camper back!! The screaming will be heard around the world!!

Can't wait to hear the skinny on this one. And now you know why some of us don't do dealers. Hope all goes well and this, even if dealer performance may turn out to be not to your liking. John

Have you spoken to Keystone Customer service about this?

Have not called Keystone yet, do not want to make Camping World any madder. I won't be back there and I will call Keystone when we get the camper backe!

As for calling Keystone afterwards ... you'll find they listen while you're on the phone, but as soon as you hang-up that's as far as your matter will be taken. Most any RV manufacturer won't get in to the micro management of one of their dealer outlets. I'm not saying your don't have a valid claim here ... just that your best recourse will be never to darken C W's doorstep again.

Do call Keystone customer service. Collect all your details. Advise them you want this to be recorded on your VIN. Get the Reps name. Be firm but polite. Do mention that your are on the MOC forum and reporting progress.

Not all CW dealers are bad. Ours in NC has always been responsive to us.

Yes we had a excellent C.W near us a few years ago. We had good work done there. They then became part of a dealership and went downhill.
