Intervac Vaccuum Problem

On our 2013 we've had problems with our vaccum stopping to work...it is a heat sensor in the motor.

Intervac tells me that they had put a bad sensor in a number of their products and we'll need to send it back to them so they can replace the motor with a more powerful motor.

So for you out there with this problem you need to get ahold of Peter at Intervac.....just do a google search.

Just go here: http://www.intervacdesign.com I've dealt with them a couple of times and it went well each time.

We have the InterVac in out ne 5th wheel. We cannot attach the large (Rug) piece to the extending wand. Any suggestions or pictures? It will not fit on tight like the other piece.

This post is from 2012. Shortly after that I gave up on the built in vac altogether and bought a Shark and it's sooo much better. When we bought the new rig I just gave the vac stuff away at the national rally.

We have the Central Vac and have never used the hose and attachments, but we do use the "Toe Kick" section at the bottom of the stairs all the time. Using a dust mop, sweep everything over to the stairs, kick the bar and zoom the dirt and dust are gone.
