Electrical box light

There is a light that goes on in my electric box then off for about 15 seconds the back on. Don't know what this light it's for. No blown fuses but I currently have a problem with my furnace not heating. Can anyone tell me what purpose this light serves.

That red LED in the fuse box only illuminates when something tries to pull load and the fuse has blown. The load likely is something with your inop furnace. The fuse is toast, pull it out, check it with a VOM if you want, and replace it.

If you have one of the new self resetting fuses for the furnace that others her have written about, they seem to fail often. I believe you can replace it with a dastard fuse.

I'm aware of a light coming on when a fuse blows but thought that it lights up on the fuse that has blown showing you which fuse. This is a light I'm unfamiliar with inside the square box area.

The (green?) LED inside the square box is an indicator of the level of battery charging (fBOOST Mode, NORMAL Mode, and STORAGE Mode) occurring.

That makes sense. Thank you for helping me. I want able to post a pic of the fuse box I took. Still getting used to how this forum functions.

Thank you so much for helping me.

There are a couple of sets of instructions which might help. Go to http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=70323 and read posts #8 and #25.

The trick, if using a cell phone to take the pictures, is to shoot in Landscape mode. Portrait mode pictures usually turn out rotated 90 degrees .
