Things that broke recently

Actually nothing broke on the Montana and I think this is a record time without a Montana failure...However...

The junk Tethford john failed,,again so we decided to replace it. The splendide W/D also failed.The heating element no longer heats.

We have the Cornerstone Extended warranty and the Mobile RV tech company Camping connection here in Florida just called and said they covered everything. They had to order the heating element from splendide and replaced the john with a Dometic 320. It will cost us the deductible of 100.00.Camping connection will do all the installation.The total cost would have been @ 500.00 + without the warranty. We are firm believers in extended warranties.

With all the major trouble I have had with my last two RVs ( non Montana) I purchased a extended warranty when I purchased my High Country, I haven't had to use it yet and don't mind that a bit.

The dometic 320 john fit in with only a small change to the waterline connection.They call the OEM Tehtford a disposable john....
