Electric fireplace

I have a Electic fireplace in my 2006 Montana,it just stop working,the motor stop working i thought,well i bought a new motor,and it still won't work,has anybody had trouble with there Fireplace. Thanks any help will do

Hopefully you've already checked the fuse/breaker that supplies power. Have you confirmed power to the unit?
There have also been posts about frayed/burnt wire connections on Dimplex units. Others here may have better suggestions.

Ronald,
Like Jay and Betty indicated check to make sure you're getting power to the unit. Start at the basics and move forward until you find it or find that all is well. The control board can sometimes be the problem. But what we found was that our heating unit had gone out. Replaced it and all is well. We did find some loose wires. Tightened everything we could. Cleaned everything well and reinstalled. Works like new.

Ronald, try turning the temp control switch to lower temp. Ours failed t0 work when we turned heat to highest setting. Keystone sent new unit, no further problems. Larry
