DEXTER Torq-N-Go™ Lug Nuts ?

I'm going to replace my OEM lug nuts with ones that don't rust so fast. I was considering the McGrand #64805, but just read about the Torq-N-Go from dexter which sound like a good improvement over standard lug nuts. My question is, how do they stand up in the area of appearance and rust? Are they as good as the McGrand in that regard?
