Entrance Door Glass

Can anyone explain exactly how to replace the glass window in the door? Thanks!!

Very easy to remove. If you do it alone, use some duct dape and tape the four corners of the plastic frame on the OUTSIDE of the door. That plastic frame is in two pieces held together with screws from the inside. Take the screws out and hold the plastic frame so it doesn't fall out along with the glass.The glass just sits on little plastic stud things on the frame. Piece of cake. My wife made a stained glass window to replace the clear glass one.

Make sure you clean off all of the residual caulking and replace with a good marine type caulking.

We love our new 'Victorian" style glass. We can now see out!

Had a woman in Texas make a stained glass window for the door. Beautiful!!! Easy replacement, I replaced the black frames with white ones ordered from OP Products. Really made a differece in looks in the door, and the DW loves it. so do all the viasitors!
