I've seen this one before, but I passed it due to the price. we were a few dollars off in negociating....a million and a few!!!!

The first thing that comes to mind is how long the wheel bearings will last. On a boat trailer when a few drops of water gets into the bearings they are history, especially salt water.

I already know what the wind can do to a big houseboat - and I'd rather have a big houseboat than this rig!!
