fresh water tank

I have a 3255rl.Except for the poor fuel milage because of the extra weight will any harm be done by traveling with the fresh water tank full.In the past I have always traveled with it empty or maybe 10 gal.Wondering because it's going to be a little inconvenient to fill where we will park on this next trip.
