Louvered Tail Gate

How many of you fifth wheel owners use a replacment tail gate? What are the advantages?
The ones that I can see is that they're lighter and make it easier to connect and disconnect the hitch. It would be easier to run my trailer wire to the bumper connection, (I don't have a connection in the bed of my truck).

Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.

Camping World has one that is molded plastic with aluminum reinforcements, it only wieghs 25lbs. and costs $206.00. Any thoughts?

Thanks John
