Memorial Day Campout @ Lake Siskiyou

I'd like to know who has rservations and your arrival/departure dates for this event. At this point it will be more laid back than previous years and nothing has been planned, so if you have suggestions, please post them also. I do have the rec room reserved.

Thanks,

Don & Claudia Moore (Searchers)
Arrive May 26
Depart May 31

We will be there! Arrive Wednesday May 25th and depart Wednesday June 1st. We are up for most everything (or nothing) as the case may be.

Is there a potluck (or barbecue) in our future??

Can't get rid of a Party Crasher, after all that's how we got the name.

We have reservations for Friday May 27th- Mon May 30th.

Not really sure, we might put another wrench in this gathering by bringing our almost (in July) 2 year old Granddaughter. But do not panic if she comes her father will be there to take complete control of her, so we are free to enjoy ONLY Grandma and Grandpa Wants.

Am also interested in hearing or seeing a pot luck or some other planned group dinner.

We'll be there also.

Site 348

Have site reserved starting Thursday, 5/26. Not sure if we'll arrive late on 5/26 (Doug has to work on 5/26) but will at least drive part-way & spend the night in the RV park at the casino in Corning. So, you'll see us when you see us. Ha ha.

At this time, we are planning on leaving at check-out time on Monday, 5/30.

It's nice not to have anything planned. Maybe one potluck or we all can hit up the campground restaurant. Let them cook & cleanup.

Looking forwards to going to Lake Sis and seeing other MOCers.

Hey Margee,

Are you telling us that if you hit it big at the Casino then we may not see you and Doug that weekend.

If you do hit it big then give us Mocer's a call and we will all drive down and help you celebrate

Even thou there is not plans a sense a good time coming for all.

And I predict with all this crazy weather finally coming to an end for the season then we should have beautiful weather for the Memorial Day Weekend gathering!

Tim & Lydia will be there. Arriving on 5-26-11 and departing on 6-02-11. The only site available when we registered last year was site #354. So we're hoping it's not to tight. We really like the laid back atmosphere. Who knows, I might even try fishing again.

Tim and Pattie Henry are going to cancel their site (328A) if anyone would like to have it let them or me know in the next few days and we can make arrangements to transfer it to you.

Kind of surprised there is not many responses to the original inquire of who will be at Lake Siskiyou on Memorial Day weekend.

I do know that there was a lot of people that booked again for this year....oh well maybe they want to be "undercover"

Anyways I am looking forward to seeing everyone and having a great time being together.

@PapaBeav....."new rig" "loaded" "be there Wednesday"...you sure know how to spoil it for the rest of us LOL!

Sitting in that nice new rig probably keeps you warm and dry. That is a nice CG and I'll bet it is even prettier with all the snow. Enjoy and keep on enjoying. We will miss all you folks gathering in Siskiyou but as soon as I get some more of the health issues out of the way we won't be missing the gatherings. Later, Dennis and Mary Kay

OK Relax everyone.....Granddaughter will not attend.

Love the child, but yes it will be more relaxing. Although she would of provided us with a lot of entertainment.

See everyone in a day for that nothing at all plan but maybe a pot luck dinner weekend.

I will check this evening to see if anything has been planned for a pot luck dinner. At this point not sure what to pack,.....

My thinking is I will just plan a side dish and bring meat for our family...(hint, hint, hint for a no plan pot luck and maybe with all the BBQ's around we can put a few together.)
