SEALAND Toilet service Model 210
Our SEALAND started to act up and not hold water. I believe this has been posted before but I could not find it.
Last night the ball quit moving. At 11 PM I took the foot peddle mechanism apart. First I found one screw that holds the foot peddle about half way out and the other loose. This caused the Spring Cartridge to fail.
Today I went to the local Camping World to get a replacement part (not in stock - available in 5 days about $45.00).
Next I called SEALAND - less than two years old - we have had a problem with the Spring Cartridge and seal is next to go - so both are being shipped to you in two days. No charge is good We are able to use it "manually".
Things happen for a reason.
Note: If you start having problems with water not staying I suggest you pull the cover and check the screws. Second if under two years service call the OEM dealer.
Cheers,

John,
I had problems with my 210, twice, and got tired of them trying to fix it. I was still under warranty so I asked for a new toilet, and an upgread to the next model, 510 with sprayer attachment. I don't regreat the extra $100 for the upgrade. It is a higher pedestal and the sprayer is wonderful for that "matter" that does not leave the side of the bowl. Just a thought if it keeps happening.

When ours was new (2007 model) or nearly new we had some problems with it not holding water. I called SeaLand and was told they had some problems with the spring pack and had a new design. They sent the new one at no cost. I installed it and we've had no more problems of that kind. I've been pleased with their support so far.
