refrigerator door -wood panel- HELP

We bought a 2006 Montana last year and the refrigerator door wood panel is held up by a thin plastic piece that snaps in on the bottom (and top) It is not strong enough to hold the heavy wood panel and broke. We took it back for service and they put in another plastic piece that again is not holdiing. Anyone have experienced this or have a suggested repair for this? Is there a factory repair kit maybe. I'll call Montana service but I thought I'd start here. Thanks.
