Tarpley RV- Durango,CO

We bought a Montana 3400 RL from Tarpley RV last April. Recently I had an electrical problem that I had me very confused. We are currently in Oregon so going back to the dealer was not an option. I called up their service dept. hoping for hint as to how to deal with my problem. Instead, I was told by the Service Manager(Greg?) to find a mobile RV tech in the area, have the problem fixed and have the tech contact Tarpley for payment. As it turned out, I was able to fix the problem myself so the tech is not required, but I was impressed by this dealers resonse to my problem.
Just wanted to pass on a positive comment.

Greg is good people! He started there a month after we bought our last Monty. I just left there for some warranty work with great results -

He also sent a check to me last April for some gel coat cosmetics that were messed up at the factory after I got an estimate from the body shop in our home town. He makes it worth the drive to buy, and Sales are better pricing that most around here (Denver area).
