Small Problem Fantastic Fan

I was over at the unit today doing some routine maintenance. I turned on the Fantastic Fan, the dome cover raised, but the fan did not come on.

I'll spare you all the things I did check, but then I noticed the fan blade was tight against the screen and would not turn. I could push it up slightly and it would take off and drag to a stop again.

There is a small allen head set screw on the fan blade, the shaft is a D shaft. Somehow, vibration may be, it loosened enough to drop the blade down against the screen and shroud. I couldn't reach it from inside as my allen set was too short, you need one of the long allens. I was able to get it from the roof with the short allen, but just barely. All is well again.
