Good Points, and thank you, Its in very good condition, No dings or dents to speak of, I did replace one tire this past mid summer as a result of a blowout. It was stored under cover (RV Carport) for its first three years, Interior, 10 cu ft Fridge, 10 gallon water heater, ceiling fan, Booth dinette (wanted that for extra sleeping space) surround sound, fantastic vent fan ,garden tub/shower , Sat wired, I cant remember the official Ketstone name for the interior color, it was Spring somthing but carpet is a light green with matching shades and trim...most of the Montana basics, no fireplace as in Florida I did not see the need and extra cost. day/night shades, The plasic is STILL on the carpet leading up to the bed room and shower...Exterior has the slide out topper awnings. It has never been out of Florida and mileage on it will be less than 1100 miles, The farthest away from home was a few trips to Madison to yogi bear, a few trips to Elite in Salt Springs and over to Old Town on the Suwannee, One week in Orlando at Tropical Palms. All within 100 miles of home near Gainesville. Sister and Husband used it for a month down in Punta Gorda last Jan and got hooked on the RV lifestyle.
Wife and I bought it for local weekend camping and it has been used maybe 4 times a year on weekends since 2004 . Now that the kids are grown, we are opting for a smaller unit. Im selling the F-250 and want something I can pull with a half ton GMC
Last time out was labor day for a 2 day trip less than 60 miles from home over to Old Town.
It could use a good cleaning, its been sitting beside our house for the past year not under cover. Boys are washing it today 12/31/2009 so I can put it out along the road with a For Sale sign this weekend.
Everything works and I know of no problems with it, Payoff is $29800.00
My sister has a 2010 travel trailer and she just bought an RV yesterday in Va. and bringing that home this weekend.(trailer was too small after they used it a couple times) so we are going to purchase it from her so we can downsize the unit and payment.
Hopefully I cover the basics, its a 4 year old unit with minimal usage.
