Perrido Key, Fl, National Seashore Park

THE WORLD IS SMALL!

Well, we were out slummin' around today with our friends and they wanted to show us Johnson Beach, so we went out to Perrido Key National Seashore. Walked around a little and then headed back to the TV (without Hanna)

So in comes the baby F250 next to my grown up F350. We had just gotten into our vehicle when the baby ford shows up. I nice lady get's out, and the drive on the other side. Of course, I have to make some comment and I get a reply from the driver about my truck needs to go on a diet because it has fat sides. (Dually don't ya know!)

During the conversation I was asked what I towed and I stated a 3400RL and he stated he had a 3295RK(?)

Hey! A Keystone. I asked if he knew about the Montana Owners Club Forum and he stated he was a member.

Huh! "What do you go by?"

"Dave Nowlin."

"I'm Waynem."

"You're the Marine that helped me with my POI file!"

"Yup!"

It truly is a small world.

A little conversation can go a long, long way.

How neat! Did you walk away shaking your head? I'm sure that Dave was doing the same thing....

He needs to put his truck on a diet. Broad hips don't you know? When his wife got issued him while in the Corps, she got shortchanged.

How long did you talk to her while I was controlling the dog!!!!!!!
I need to tell her that there are some things best left unsaid!

Dave, it was a pleasurable surprise to have run into you.

And, just this past few days at Towm Sawer River Valley Campground we met Ruth and Harry (GiftedRuth) for a few days. Some how I ended up with a case of Diet Dr. Pepper (keeps the hips slim) but I left a token for Harry. I forgot my 4 way water splitter on the faucet so I called Harry and told him it was his.

Now if you could only get that hippy King Ranch to run on Diet Dr. Pepper it would probably be cheaper than diesel. The problem with Diet Dr. Pepper is that it runs through you so fast it would be simpler to pour it in the toilet.
