Loud Electric Awnings

We have a 2019 3121 which has had a problem on both awnings from the beginning. Took it back to the dealer with this problem on the list, but it was not fixed. We are currently out of state and the warranty will be out buy the time we get back. When retracting either awning, it makes a very loud shuddering sound, sounds like the hole side of the camper is vibrating. Its kind of embarrassing its so loud, I'm sure my neighbors can hear it. I've oiled all pivot points on the frame, but that did not help. No problem extending, and when retracting I don't see any kind of binding. I'm beginning to think the problem is in the struts, but don't know for sure. Has anyone else out there experienced anything similar? Our pervious camper had the same awning, but never made a sound.

Thanks in advance

That is not an uncommon problem with the shocks on your awing use some non petroleum oil on a rag and wipe the shaft down. Are's has done the same thing. I use some cooking oil on a rag.

On mine, there is a seal on the pistons that makes that noise. Lubrication will help, but it will come back from time to time.
