Haven't tied our Monte down to a piece of property yet, but can see value in it when the parks get too crowded and roads worse and insane with less than stellar drivers. Since losing way too much in the last housing market crash, I do not see value in owning a conventional home anymore. And would rather see this country till I can no longer feel safe on the road due to those around me. Then it will be the southwest...chili in the blood.

Live full time on an owned lot in Naples Florida. We live it and love it. Hurricane, No problem were gone. Moving?, No problem, we will rent and only a lot no need to worry. Sell it? No problem lots sell fast and easy. Not like brick and mortar. tax's low because its a lot. HOA low because its a lot.

We have a place to park that we own in both KS and NM. It's nice to have places where we can always park and sheds for storage etc.
