Sue and Jim's new Montana

Hello everyone.

Sue and I are excited about our "new to us" 2008 3400RL Montana.

We took our old 2000 Trailite 29foot 5'er for repairs and they parked it beside the Montana for sale. (See picture)

We had no hope of just walking away to enjoy our 29 footer.

We have had it out on 4 seperate trips since September, but now it is time to put her away for the winter.
Can't wait for Spring!

We live near Toronto, and will spend the winter looking for great places to take her.

BTW, we named our new trailer Hannah.
Is that name used by anyone else?

Even if it has been used I doubt they share the same last name. Enjoy!

Smart move. You got a great camper for less than half price. Sounds like the way I buy campers. Enjoy and welcome to MOC.

You could come to the MOC Rally in September down in Goshen INDIANA
We’re planning our first trip to it this year!
Welcome, you’ve found the best spot for help with your new rig.

Congrats

Congrats on the new rig
My wife and I bought our 2008 3400RL as a package with a 2009 Chevy 3500
Duramax from the original owners back in April and have enjoyed it thoroughly since then. We lived in Michigan across from Sarnia ON up until 8 years ago when we moved south, vacationed a lot in Ontario and had a summer place in Port Franks. We miss the Great Lakes but not the winters, too long and too cold! If you ever find yourselves traveling in South Georgia or Florida private message us we would love to meet you.

The DW and I also went from a TT (27'), to a 3400RL (2010). We absolutely love it .In a couple weeks we're leaving the cold of Southwest Minnesota for the comfortable temps of Texas.and look forward to the comfortable floor plan of the 3400.

Welcome to the 3400 we purchased our 2008 the same way and love it. Just put in vinyl plank floor in the lounge and new decals. Have put on 15000 miles over 3 summers... enjoy!!

We fulltimed for 5 years in a 2007 3400RL and traded it in this summer for the 2010 version. There are many things we like about the layout. Our 2007 had the curse of the peeling decals. I thought 2008 was still a defective decal year, but your decals look great from your picture. Happy travels.
