Battery in or out
Leaving Monty alone for 5 months. Currently have the dual battery's connected to 110v house through rear anaconda stepped down. What do the experts think about leaving it as is or pulling the battery's and put them on a tender in garage.

I leave my 2007 plugged in over the winter for 6 months or so with no problem. Check/add water when putting her to bed. Chech/add water when waking her up. Typically add just a little water after after the 6 months. Would think your newer model would be ok also.

I'd leave it plugged in...if you have a smart charger.

I have always pulled battery keep in the garage hooked up charger about once a month more convenient to keep an eye on then in the coach I have friends who just leave battery in the unit and disconnect terminals over the winter no issues.

I always pull the batteries from my camper and boat once winterized. It can get very cold here in Maine and I am concerned about freezing them.
I put a full charge on them when removed and another full charge on them prior to re installing. As the camper is wrapped for the winter I have no need to go inside and turn on the lights.

Ours (two) do not come out for the winter and typically sit from Thanksgiving until Easter. I do have a battery disconnect switch at the battery which is always turned off when the rig is sitting regardless of when it is. I do occasionally visit the rig in the winter months to start the on board generator. I have never had a problem with the batteries being usable when I return to the rig. The key is having them fully charged while they are disconnected from any power drain.
