Well guys the Rally is fast approaching. Here is a tentative itinerary. Hope this helps plan trips.

*************************************************
Friday

7pm. Mike Mack, Sales Rep. for the NE will be giving a seminar on maintainance, etc. (only day he was available, Mike'll be here all day to answer questions.)
8pm Campfire

Saturday

6pm Spagetti dinner - still looking for more help with this
7pm Games -Saratoga Derby
8pm Campfire

Sunday

10am Brunch - still looking for more help here too.
Noon Meeting to find host for next years rally
Sightsee on own in the afternoon
8pm Campfire for those able to stay

**********************************************

The local dealer and Mike Mack are trying to get a few rigs over for show. I ask Mike if he could get a Cambridge there for all to see.

Hi Fred and Jen,

Thanks for the Itinerary.

What can I do to help. I know you mentioned salad. I can do that. What kind of help do you need on sunday?

As far as a Salad. Just a garden salad? Is Italian dressing OK or do people have other suggestions. Predressed or apply your own? I personally do not like eggs in my salad so IF someone wants them feel free to bring some. Anything else. Some people have alergies and if so let me know and I'll put them in a separate bowl for people to add.

We will most likely take Thursday, Friday and Monday off from work.
Less traffic (avoid rush hour) and have more time to explore the area. So if you need help let me know PM me or reply here.

I may end up bringing my parents. It depends on how dads treatments are going.

Chris

Hi Jen,

What do you need for the spagetti supper and brunch? We are doing bread for the spagetti but could bring more. Also, about how many people are we feeding. 25?

Sounds like we're up to about 16 rigs. For those helping with the meals plan on 2 people per rig and add a couple extra. So roughly 35 people if noone else signs up. This Rally keep growing. I talked to Mike Mack from Montana today. He is planning the seminar for friday and if anyone wants to get together sat am he will be available. See everyone in a couple weeks.
