That seems like a great deal! We're in Tucson at the KOA. One of the places that does onsite gets about $3/ft for wash and $10/ft for wash and hand wax/polish. We're headed to Quartzsite next week then back here til end of March. I think we'll get a wash done before we head back home.

There are many companies in Yuma which will wash and hand wax your RV (and truck) for $110 to $130 (40' rigs). It is the best deal we have found and an annual must-do for us. We just had four RVs done and they look really nice. Of course we are going to Quartzsite next where the dust will cover up the shine.

He washed it two days ago and trimmed some branches over the trailer. Gave him $80. He took off yesterday because he was sore from the day before and will be back today to wax. I believe him because he is partially disabled and spent almost 4 hrs working the first day. He's buying the wax and expects to use two cans and 6 hrs labor today. Plus he may trim some more branches.

Umm, I'm thinking you need to give this disabled guy a $100 tip?

Gave him $20. Didn't want to spoil him for others.

Presently in Yuma,AZ now and prices for a 38 to 40 foot RV is $100.00 includes washing the roof, body, wheels and hand waxing the rig. Some guys will include your vehicle for the same price. Lots of competition down here! Usually 2 to 3 men come with a pressure washer unit including RO water.
To deoxidize, wax and polish runs $350.00 to $500.00 inclusive of the wash.
Have had these washes done every year since 2010 with excellent results.

Had mine washed and waxed for $200 in Gold Canyon (just outside Apache Junction). He pressure washed it, including the roof, buffed it, applied wax and buffed it again. One guy and took him 3 1/2 hours. Would have taken me days. It looked great after he was done however after some time and a few rains I'm getting lots of cloudy left over wax showing up. I have tried rubbing this out and if its on the fibreglass it comes right off but if its on the plastic mouldings or powdered aluminum piece that runs the length of the trailer on the sides at the bottom it is proving very difficult to remove. Not impressed. Think he was in too big of a rush and didn't do a great job with the last buffing. He said he usually had a helper but that day was on his own.
If we ever get some good weather in the Desert Hot Springs area (rain and wind is getting me down) I may try hand buffing it out.

In the RGV, about $110 for a wash and wax. Includes cleaning the awning on the bottom side to get rid of the black mold.

We get ours washed twice a winter, when we get here and just before we leave for summer.

While we were at Fortuna de Oro in Yuma where we had the Monty and truck washed and hand waxed. The Monty had some oxidation so it had to have a de-oxidizing rub. Unit looked good, but think I will have to have a freshen up later. It ran $325 which included a roof repair where a branch caught the edge of the roof. Pippy's is on the resort list of services providers. Make sure they do all four wheels on your truck before they leave, lol. They did the passenger side and missed the drivers side. They do not work Saturday or Sunday's.

Just had ours done (wash and wax) at the RV park in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Price was $70. Had them do our truck too so I gave him $100 with tip. Of course I had to fight off all the banditos, drink the bad water, and eat refried beans while camped on the beach (and it's spring break). Can't wait until I get back to the states so I'm safe again!!!

We got to Mesa on New Years day with a super filthy rig from acquired when we crossed the Siskiyou mountain pass from Oregon to Cali. Like Starmaster we paid $3/ft just to have it washed as we didn't want to put out the $10/ft for wash and wax they wanted. We're having a different outfit wash and wax it next week for $260 and it'll include tires, wheels, awning and slide toppers. At least we'll have a clean rig till we arrive in Oregon.
