I never log out of the forum,does this mean I'm always shown I'm on line.

As Glenn indicated you do not stay showing up on the logged in page. After a certain amount of time your name ceases to show up until such time as you once again become active on the MOC.

For some reason I now have to log on every day which I never had to do before. Also even though I have checked the remember password box it no longer remembers it. Any ideas?

It probably has to do with your cookies. Not sure but you might clear your cookies and or check to make sure you have them set the way you want.
