Does anyone have an email address for Keystone? I have a warrenty problem that my local dealer is very slow to respond to. They had to replace the countertop on my bar in my kitchen because it had cracked. When they, the dealer, replaced it they installed the wrong color and pattern. I now have a two toned kitchen. And this is just part of the problem. This is a 2012 model they had to replace the whole roof and decking on.

Call them, however, and get the name of whose going to handle your problem. At times they aren't real responsive to email and you don't have a name to complain about. On the phone they've always been good to us.

Like Dick said I would call them ,I have for a broken toilet and was very pleased with the help I recieved

I hope that Lazydays handels the problem. I really don't want to esculate the problem to Montana unless I have to. Thanks guys.

Wayne, yes "push back" on LazyDays first would be my recommendation. We have friends that purchased from LD's and they were overall pleased with service.

No doubt you are still warrantied so make sure they work with you to resolve. If not, then Keystone call. Good Luck.
