Refrigerator shelves falling out

we have a 2010 mountaineer 295rkd. The shelves fall off the doors traveling down the road. Plus the main shelver's collapse while traveling down the road. Dealer says too much on the shelves. Keystone service says you don't too much on the shelves. Right now i have ss screws holding the shelves on the door. We have a ketchup bottle holding the main shelves up. Has anybody else had this problem?

I would check to see that the shelf retainers are in place and also check the play on the shelves from side to side. We had this problem with our 3000RK and it was a bounce problem

Bob;

What brand do you have? Ours is a Norcold. The shelves are in the proper way. They are real flimsy. I know there is a bounce problem also. How did you cure your problem? It is bad when you have to take the freezer door off to open it. Thats the reason for the screws.

Ours is a Domatic and there are small clips that allow you to slide the shelves either way so you are able to to remove them. Ours actually popped out and dumped the food on the lower shelves and on the floor when opened, the door shelves were broken and the fix was Montana replaced the fridge. WE have a rear kitchen and took a whiless to resolve the issues, is yours a rear kitchen??

our unit was only three months old and we had taken it to Alaska and did damage to sink and other items. I called Montana and was sent to Drakes in Pendleton,OR. We found out in the end we were too light, had 5200# axles, like axle weight was 9200# and had #16 blocks. I ended up putting shocks on which helped and Morryde gave me a set of #12 blocks.
