I have a 3850FL 2014 the front slides have a small 4 inch by 2 inch piece of rubber seal glue to the wall that the cable goes through on all the cables.

They are all coming off
What is their purpose?
What are they glued on with?

I figure they function as a seal covering the hole the cable goes thru. On our 2015, one came off immediately after purchase. I reattached with a couple dabs of gorilla superglue. That was two years ago, and still in place.

I agree with Mike. I used RTV cement to reattach them in my 3750
