Sounds like the transfer switch thinks it is still on generator. Several reports on this forum about defective ATS automatic transfer switch.

Sounds like a stuck ATS to me too. Do a Search on "automatic transfer switch" (or some variation) and you should find several posts, with pictures, of the switch, its location (behind the back passthru wall?) and how to reset it. You do want to get it replaced, hopefully under warranty.

like carl said more than likely the transfer switch is stuck. when you turned on the genny it switched over but now i bet the relay is stuck. happened to me and got a new one under warranty. if you have a bad back you will need to get an rv repair man or someone else to help you. it is behind the incommand module in the pass thu. hard to get at without a bad back. if someone can, probably be able to maunually push on it to get it to engage to shore. be careful while inside the transfer switch! and then get a new one if you want it to be able to transfer to gen.

Some have had temporary success smacking the transfer switch with a screwdriver handle.
Some have bypassed it until the replacement ATS came in.

Late reading this post.

Curious if this AC was fixable with suggestions?
Anyone know?
