Closet Doors

While bringing our Montana back from service, the plastic latch broke and one of the mirrored doors cracked the entire length. Has anyone repaired or replaced the doors before? Looks like you could just go to a glass repair shop and get a new piece of mirrored glass. Also, has anyone come up with a better latch for the closet doors? That is the root cause of the problem.
