Has anyone tried the exterior treatment that is supposed to make it easier to get the black streaks and bugs off your trailer and is also supposed to keep the graphics from fading. The dealer wants $350 to apply. Does anyone know of a treatment you can apply yourself that works? The treatment the dealer uses has to be replenished once a year and you do it yourself so I figure there is a product out there somewhere you can apply yourself for a lot less money. I have a solution I bought at Sam's that is supposed keep the black bugs from sticking and destroying the finish on your truck but have been chicken about spraying it on the front of my new truck so far. Maybe when the new has worn off I will try it. :-) By the way FYI: the dealer wanted to sell a fabric protector package for $350 also but the wife was reading the brochure and found out it is applied at the factory and is included in the base options.
