Should weep hole plugs be open in our slides?

2019 372rd. We noticed water near the bedroom slide. Seals look fine. I put silicone on top of the slide window and on the bottom angle iron support. Then I noticed the weep holes still had the plugs in. I removed the plug and trickle of water came out (rain stopped 5 hours ago). Went to all the slides and I noticed every window on the side of the slides still had plugs in the weep holes. Non slides weep holes are open. I started yanking the plugs but then thought I should ask the experts here. Should weep hole in the side of slides be plugged?

Always had them open on both of our Montanas.

Unless you want water to exit from another location those plugs should be removed.

Ok, thanks I will take them all out. I guess keystone wanted to test me by leaving the plugs in on 8 windows.

Where are they ? Also the non slide weep holes ? All the windows have them ?

Every window we have has weep hole slots. All the outer (the exterior walls)windows had the plugs removed. All the windows in the sides of the slides had the plugs still in the slots. I removed all of them today, so now all the weep hole slots are open. Of course there are slots on the top and bottom so the windows can be installed either way and I only removed the bottom ones.
