GFCI in kitchen kept popping

Don'tknow why, but the GFCI in the kitchen all of sudden started to "pop", cutting of the power to the load side.

I replaced it with one from Home Depot, and all is good again, although it was a 32 mie round trip! While I was at it, I replaced the one in the bedroom, too.

Michael-
Your trailer is set up different than mine so I don't know how your kitchen slide is wired. This is a heads up for the same problem that I had with mine. What I found was the 110V supply line to the kitchen slide was being pinched every time the slide was retracted and eventually the wire went to ground. This wire was from a junction box under the trailer and the slide. Might want to take a look under your slide. I also initially thought my GFIC was weak.

Had the same problem with mine. The GFI above the sink counter kept tripping. It turned out to be the living room slide wiring. Upon extending the slide, the wires pulled on the connections inside the junction box, outside under the living room slide, loosening the connections. This was all it took.

I had a similar problem with the GFCI. My problem turned out to be a loose wire. Once I checked and fixed all the loose stuff I've not had a problem.
