Where is the A/c filter?

I have two systems. One is ducted air and the other is not ducted. The filter for the not ductd is on the unit in the master bedroom. Can you tell me where the filter is located for the ducted unit?

Mine are on the returns located in the living room to the rear of the main AC unit.

Ive never seen AC filters in an RV anywhere but on the return on the unit. Both our ACs are ducted.

You have the exact Montana that we have. Still can't find. When you say rear of the main unit it has me puzzled. Please elaborate. Thanks.

I own a MK and look at the two intake vents one above the fridge and the other above the rear door ,unscrew the metal vent and there you are and while you are up there take the vacuum and get the sawdust out of there as well

If in the living area all you have is two rows of supply grills and no large interior grill in the middle of the ceiling directly below the roof unit ... you should have two grills to the rear of the fiver near the side walls. They look the same as return grills in your stick house if you have central AC. The filters are under these grills .. you have to remove the screws holding them to the ceiling.

Same as Bigskyjimmy; rectangular returns above fridge and opposite on curb side ceiling.

I recently got lots of sawdust out; my first filter cleaning!!!

Slow to reply; been driving.

I asked this same question earlier this season. When I removed the OEM filters they were just about plugged with saw dust and various scraps of whatever. Could not really clean them so I went to Menards and bought some bulk AC filter material and cut a bunch to proper size, will probably just replace them as needed.

One suggestion glue a pice of 1"X3" wood on the inside where the screws go. The only thing the vents are screwed into is the thin cealing material.

Unless you get creative and add one ... there is no OEM furnace filter

I have cut furnace filter material to size and placed in the return air vents located in the steps to the bathroom. I have a 2013 3402 RL. I am not sure this is that effective but makes me feel better!!

Great idea. Does the filter get dirty? I'd say if so, it's a workin'.

I did clean both filters with the vacuum and some water. Will replace material next time. Also, only one side had the sawdust
