Washer bifold doors

We separated the folding door. Now I can open the door from the center and is easier to get to my spendide. It is so much easier to get to my controls instead of the bi-fold doors.

Got any pics?

I never did get around to doing that, as I wasn't sure how. After install I just reversed the fold to the left so I can get the dryer open, but I can't open the soap tray and stuff on the left.

Our solution was a little different, we modified the bi-fold doors into a single solid door that hinges on the right and has two medicine cabinet type latches on the left. In essence we fastened the bi-fold doors into a solid door that opens all at once and left all controls accessible. .....and I can't post pictures because the Monty is resting under a warm blanket of freshly fallen snow in mini-storage.

Here are some pics I took after doing the "two door" mod to our W/D closet. I used three sets of removable pin hinges so I can completely remove the doors if needed for W/D maintenance and so I don't need to remove screws. click on this LINK
