Transfer Flow...the most expensive but the best, and totally legal. Be sure to check the legality of the tank you select. Another forum has a long thread about tanks that are not legal...has to do with gravity feed vs a pump. I replaced my 34 oem tank with a 56 gal TF tank.

Have a 35 gal tank in my bed with a pump that pumps into the filler neck (don't have to remove the cap). Cost was about $300.00 plus a few fittings.

Try RDS Aluminum is you want a simple set up for a bed tank. Not hight cost, just a smiple nice wel build tank.. I put one in mine in about an hour and works great.. Heres the link to copy and paste.

I think I would be inclined to get a replacement Steel 60 or 75 Gallon AeroTank (for a longbed vice the stock plastic 36 gallon)and keep the bed free - though costly at around $800. However if you need more than 600 or 700+ mile range these could would provide when towing, I suppose multiple tanks would be preferable.

Ditto the info about Transfer Flow. I replaced my stock 36 gal with their 56 gal unit. You can't even tell it is any different. Absolute top quality.

Hello,
I have a transfer flo 70 gallon tank in the bed of my 06 F=350 6.0 diesel. It works great. The addition gives me 108 gallons on board. More miles than I want to travel in a day.
